Target Customers/Clients:    

Our clients are small to medium sized companies, up to about $50 million in revenue, that need ongoing legal advice but do not need a full-time general counsel.  We advise businesses on such matters as corporate formation, restructuring and Board meetings; supplier, distribution, customer and other commercial agreements; non-disclosure and non-compete agreements; software and intellectual property licenses; internet disclosures and policies; independent contractor, consulting and employment agreements; teaming agreements, mergers & acquisitions and other corporate transactions; and Small Business Administration issues and certification.

Current Projects:

Aileen Pisciotta is one of nine Executive Counsel attorneys and an active CEO Junction member.  Among other things, Aileen is legal counsel and a member of the Executive Committee of The American Small Business Coalition.  She also advises several information technology and software government contractors, including on non-disclosure and teaming agreements, corporate policies, internet terms and conditions, employee matters and business transactions.  She advises many different commercial companies in such diverse fields as telecommunications, software development, management consulting, e-commerce, alternative energy and energy management, construction, marketing, investment banking, manufacturing and export, and international product distribution.
